Production Process

1. Pressing: After purchasing each raw material (about 1265*2470MM), we first need to press it. Pressing is also called veneer process. Pressing is to put the glued and colored paper on the top layer, put the base material in the middle, and put the balance paper below. Use the hot pressing process of the press to make the paper with various wood grains fit perfectly on the base material.

2. Health: Each base material that has just been pressed is hot (hot plate slotted boards are prone to deformation and bending), so we need to place it in a ventilated place to let it cool naturally.

3. Cutting (sawing board): We need to use our sawing equipment to cut a large base material into the size of the finished board we need.

4. Slotting: Each cut small board has no slots that can be spliced, so we need to use a slotting machine to slot and open slots that we can splice and install.

5. Chamfering and painting: If the floor is chamfered and painted, we need to perform small incision chamfering around the floor, and then seal the chamfered edges around the floor with environmentally friendly paint that matches the floor pattern to make the chamfer more beautiful.

6. Packing and sealing: Fully automatic machine packaging, and then seal the outside of the package with plastic film to waterproof and reduce damage to the floor during transportation.
